The Minister for Disability and the NDIS will have the power to make a pricing determination for NDIS supports. The determination will set out the maximum amounts for NDIS supports. The NDIA will be responsible for providing advice to the Minister for the purpose of making a pricing determination. This will be done through the existing Annual Pricing Review process. There are no immediate changes to NDIS pricing. Providers can continue to follow the current pricing arrangements.
